while we are unable to offer online exchanges currently, we are happy to accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. please ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition with tags attached, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
to make sure you get exactly what you want this holiday, we’re extending our returns window to january 15th, 2021 for all holiday orders and gifts placed before january 1, 2021.
please note that due to hygiene concerns, personal items e.g underwear and socks etc are non-returnable. return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

should you decide to use your own shipping service to return your order, please provide customer care with your tracking number to ensure minimal delays in return and refund processing. shipping fees incurred outside of the label provided by our customer care team are unable to be reimbursed.
keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, alexander wang is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service.
once received in the warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for the warehouse to process your return. please ensure to state the order number (aw00xxxxxx) on the courier receipt of the return package to avoid any delay in return process. final acceptance of your return and issuance of refunds are at the brand’s discretion.
should your return not our return guidelines, alexanderwang will not be responsible for return shipping fees and duties to ship the unaccepted goods. should the purchaser wish to have their package returned, all return shipping and fees will be due by the purchaser.
