  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag
  4. Select a shipping method and a payment method
  5. Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details
  6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Buy Now".

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.

The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation email with the Order Number.

Order has shipped:

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the delivery.

To care for and extend the life of your purchase, prevent exposure to direct light, heat and humidity. Avoid contact with water, cosmetics and any oil-based substances. Care should be taken when in contact with light colored garments or surfaces to prevent color transfer. Professional leather cleaning is recommended.

Alexander Wang handbags from our authorized retailers are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. It is rare that we experience problems, but we are committed to providing the highest quality of customer service by helping resolve this issue. In the event you experience any hardware or structural issues, please bring the product back to the original authorized retailer with proof of purchase for repair assessment. This limited warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, misuse, or theft. Alexander Wang does not provide repair service or replacement for products purchased from off-price or unauthorized retailers.

Price Adjustment Policy

We are happy to offer price adjustments on items purchased online within seven days from the time you receive your order. Items are only eligible for price adjustment if the exact style, size, and color remains in stock at time of request. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the cardholders in the original form of payment within ten business days.

We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

We do not price match items placed on sale with another retailer or online store.
