2is there anywhere you don't ship?

we'd love to ship everywhere but at this time, we are unable to ship orders to general delivery, p.o. boxes, apo, fpo and u.s. territories. if you do not see your country listed in the country selector, we do not ship there. orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.

the delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled.

3 i have to pay tax, right? how is this calculated?

no one likes tax but you gotta pay it. sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in a state where retail stores, company establishments or one of our partners are located.

purchasing on alexander wang is reserved for end consumers. our prices are inclusive of vat.

please note: once the order has been confirmed, there is typically no way to modify the details you have entered.

all orders shipped to the below countries are sent on a ddp (delivery duties paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the final price. hence, your order will not be subject to any additional charges.

if your order is being shipped to a country that is not in the table above, you may be subject to import fees and duties upon delivery.

4 is my purchase insured?

we get that accidents happen, that's why alexander wang insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

5i received my package damaged, what do i do?

in the instance you are missing items from your order or you receive an item that is not in ideal condition, please reach out to us at customercare@alexanderwang.com immediately so we can assist. Our team will need to receive images of your package as received if you can please provide when you reach out to us.
