while we are unable to offer online exchanges currently, we are happy to accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. please ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition with tags attached, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

for canadian orders, please reach out to us at customer care customercare@alexanderwang.com and specify which items you will be returning to our customer service team. for approved returns, our team will provide you with a return shipping label and required commercial invoice.

keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, alexanderwang is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport.

once your package is received in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for return processing.
