Alexander Wang worked with acclaimed florist Jeff Leatham to create Floating Hydrangeas, a new cage installation of 3000 suspended white hydrangeas at the Soho Flagship store. Leatham previously collaborated with Wang for the store’s opening party in February 2011 during New York Fashion Week, Floating Hydrangeas, which has gone up today, coincides with the store’s 2-year anniversary this fashion week.

Spring 2013 RTW campaign photos

This season is the first time we worked with Photographer Steven Klein, Creative Director Pascal Dangin, Model Malgosia Bela and Stylist Patti Wilson for our Women’s RTW campaign. The campaign will run in the Spring 2013 issues of LOVE, CR Fashion Book, Self-Service and Interview, as well as a billboard in New York City this Spring.

Space-age Inflatable silver igloo takes over the cage for the holidays. An array of chromed out pedestals topped with luxe reindeer skins add the winter touch to highlight new arrivals of accessories in time for holiday shopping.

Inspired by the PF12 RTW collection, the latest cage installation exhibits exaggerated take on the dominant tailoring details of transparent mesh and collars with subtle slits to weave long hair through. The seductive effect is captured in the installation by an army of sleepwalking forms veiled in long black hair creating an eerie looming feeling.

The latest Fall 2012 Confessional Series featuring Shalom Harlow is directed and produced by Peter Szollosi. After a 4-year hiatus from the runway, we follow Shalom through her experience of walking the Alexander Wang show, as she takes us through her personal journey from her hippie upbringing to her first memories as a model. We hear how she was first discovered and what is was like being rush...

Covering 1600 square feet, the first Alexander Wang pop-up shop with Joyce combines a minimalistic black and white interior with elements inspired by a "work in progrss" - scaffolding, exposed dry wall, raw concret floors and collapsible cargo netting.
