Alexander Wang wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days from date of receipt and must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Slip – see below for details. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase. Regularly priced and sale merchandise may be returned for a full refund within the aforementioned time period.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. As indicated on the product description page, products from all of our Objects collections are FINAL SALE and we are unable to accept any returns for Objects because of this. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.

All tags, including the price tag and the "Do Not Remove” tag, must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.

  • Request a Return Authorization Slip by contacting customer care within 14 days of receiving order by emailing or calling 855-AW1-8800.
  • A Return Authorization Slip must be obtained before returning any items. No refunds or web credits will be given on items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
  • Ship return items to address on Return Authorization Slip.
  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.Alexander Wang is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Alexander Wang does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Alexander Wang’s sole discretion.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
