Color grain variations are characteristics of natural leathers and make each item unique. Tonal changes, incidental marks and texture variations should not be considered imperfections. To care for and extend the life of your purchase, prevent exposure to direct light, heat and humidity. Avoid contact with water, cosmetics and any oil-based substances. Care should be taken when in contact with light colored garments or surfaces to prevent color transfer. Professional leather cleaning is recommended.

Alexander Wang handbags from authorized retailers are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. It is rare that we experience problems, but we are committed to providing the highest quality of customer service by helping resolve this issue.

In the event you experience any issues, please bring the product back to the original authorized retailer with proof of purchase for repair.

This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear or theft. Alexander Wang does not provide repair service or replacement for products purchased from off-price retailers. Purchases from unauthorized retailers are also excluded from this warranty.
