ALEXANDER WANG products from authorized retailers are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the event you experience any issues, please bring the product back to the original retailer for repair. If you are unable to attain assistance from the authorized retailer, please submit proof of purchase along with pictures of the damage to email@example.com and we will be happy to assess the problem.
