TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. Orders will be shipped the next business day if order is placed by 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST may take up to two business days for order processing. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

GIFT-WRAP
Products purchased from Alexander Wang, Inc. online arrive suitable for gift giving in Alexander Wang packaging. A gift message is optional upon checkout. We do not offer any alternative gift wrapping options.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. Our US website will accept international credit cards, however we only ship within the US. Alexander Wang, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased online within seven days of item being placed on sale. Items are only eligible for price adjustment if the exact style, size, and color remains in stock at time of request. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the cardholders in the original form of payment within ten business days. Approved requests will be refunded to the cardholder in the original form of payment within ten business days.

We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

We do not price match items placed on sale with another retailer or online store.

SALES TAX
Alexander Wang, Inc. does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of New York and New Jersey where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.

By purchasing goods from Alexander Wang, Inc., you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New York. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against Alexander Wang, Inc. arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in New York County, New York and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

You do not have to register with alexanderwang.com to receive these email notifications. You may opt out of this subscriber list at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the footer of your email notification.
